Description
This track links from Waiomu Kauri Grove Walk and joins with Tapu summit to Crosbies Hut Track to reach Crosbies Hut.

Time to hut: 5 hr
The first hour of this track is along the scenic bridged Waiomu Kauri Grove Walk. This track takes you into sections of mature kauri forest.
The track then becomes a tramping track and rises steeply up to the top ridge track. From here Crosbies Hut is reached after around one hour.
Getting there
The Waiomu Kauri Grove Walk access begins at the end of the sealed Waiomu Valley Road.
